Computer scientist Andrej Karpathy is starting an AI-integrated education platform called Eureka Labs to impart digital learning with a large language model, which he called the "world’s best."

Under the platform, the course material will still be prepared by teachers, but they will have an AI teaching assistant to guide students through the learning material, Karpathy said.

The lab's first product, LLM101n, will allow students to train their own AI models offering practical experience to students.

Karpathy was a founding team member of OpenAI in 2015, two years later he joined Tesla as a lead of the autopilot division and developed advanced driver assistance software.

"Eureka Labs is the culmination of my passion in both AI and education over about 2 decades," Karpathy added.

Karpathy has a PhD from Standford University and has already started sharing his knowledge online by sharing videos on how to solve Rubic cubes and other content related to AI.
